Anna Kendrick

Anna Kendrick (born in Portland in Maine) is an American Oscar nominated actress. She has played in many hit films, such as Twilight, and she is best known for her role as the character of support. As a child she debuted on Broadway in High Society. A Little Night Music is the name of a Stephen Sondheim musical that she performed in for a New York City Opera. Then she ventured into film and was a well-known actor in the film industry following her performance in the role of best friend to the protagonist in Twilight. She played the same role again on The Twilight Saga New Moon. She's also made a few appearances on television, such as the episodes on Fear Itself and Comedy Bang! Bang! Singer, too. Anna Kendrick sang a cover of the track Cups as the soundtrack for the film Pitch Perfect, appearing in its music video as well. This song became a hit in the US, topping No. 6, on the US Billboard 100 and also No. 2 in the Adult Top 40.
